The Coalition conducts the State of LGBTQ Health™ National Survey, which examines health care access from two unique angles: speaking to both consumers and clinical providers. The goal of this survey is to obtain a comprehensive view of the current LGBTQ+ health landscape and emerging LGBTQ+ health issues.

It is our hope that this survey will not only collect valuable insights, but will also highlight the need for further surveillance of the unique health care challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community. As an advocacy organization, the Coalition relies on research and data to inform action. To that end, we are committed to advocating for LGBTQ+ inclusion in behavioral health surveys, especially on the federal level.
